Can a holiday park site owner charge me for keeping a copy of my insurance policy?

My holiday park site owner wants to charge me for keeping a copy of my insurance policy and an up-to-date insurance certificate. I have looked at my Licence Agreement for a Holiday Caravan Pitch and there is absolutely no requirement for me to insure the holiday caravan with the park site owner. Where do I stand?

GRAHAM ADVISES:
Until last year you purchased your insurance from the site owner, which you paid for through the pitch fee. The dispute between you and your site owner is whether the insurance should be deducted from the pitch fee, therefore it is a pitch fee issue. This all really rests with what is stated in the contract, your written agreement. From what I can see there is nothing in your agreement that states your insurance has to be paid through the pitch fee. I’ve seen your agreement but no policy documents. I can only assume you do not have any. If so, how can you prove a policy even existed?
