Pets win prizes

Park home pet of the year

Park Home & Holiday Caravan magazine competition for Britain's best park home pet

Sharing your life and your park home with an animal is a genuinely rewarding experience. In order to celebrate our love of creatures great and small, we are on the look out for the park home community's best pets.

1 Top dog
It doesn't matter if your dog's a pedigree or mongrel, young or old, big or small, we want to see your pictures and hear your stories on why you think your animal should be crowned Top Dog!
The winner will receive a travel bowl, which is 100 per cent waterproof and folds away into a pocket or bag. They will also recieve a travel bag, which is water resistant and machine washable. Both products are available from Merry Dogs: www.merrydogs.co.uk.

2 Top cat
Win over a cat's affection and you will reap the rewards. We want to see entries from cats of all shapes and sizes. If your cat's got personality, we want to hear about it!
The winner will receive a Cat FURminator. This multi-award winning grooming tool reduces moulting by up to 90 per cent, cutting down on hoovering and hairy housework. Available from The Company of Animals www.companyofanimals.co.uk.

3 Most unusual pet
Reptiles, rodents, birds, fish and even tarantulas have all been spotted on our park visits. If you have an unusual pet we would love to hear all about them. Don't forget to send in your snaps, too.
The winning entry will receive a 15 litre (four gallon) Baby biOrb. The perfect size for any home and available in a range of striking colours. More information is available at www.reef-one.com.

4 Best star quality
Does your pet think it is a celebrity? These fame-hungry animals love to be the centre of attention. If this sounds like your pet, make sure you enter and get them their 15 minutes of fame!
The best entry will receive a Paw Plunger. Simple and portable it banishes mud before it makes a mess of your home. Available in large, medium and petite (can be used for cats too). Details at : www.pawplunger.co.uk

5 Rescue pet of the year
Not all animals have a good start to life. Thankfully, there are kind-hearted residents willing to give an animal a second chance for a happy, loving, home.
Tell us your pet's story and the winning entry will receive a CLIX Car Safe harness. Available in four sizes it comes with a free guide on safe travelling with dogs. Available from www.companyofanimals.co.uk.

6 Man's best friend
When times are tough you can always rely on your pet. Has your pet helped you or a friend through a difficult time?
Write in and tell us and your best friend will recieve an Equafleece dog jumper! Made from polartec fleece, it's 100% water repellent, lightweight and breathable. Pop one on after a wet muddy walk and your soaked dog will be dry as a bone in less than 20 minutes. Available from: www.equafleece.co.uk.

7 Cutest Pet
They may be cheeky monkeys but one look and they're forgiven for all their misdemeanours. Simply send in a picture of your pet striking an ‘adorable' pose and tell us their mischievous tales.
The winner will recieve an interactive board game. Perfect for dogs and cats alike, simply hide the food treats in the hidden compartments and let your pet figure out how to find them. Available from www.companyofanimals.co.uk
