Find park homes, mobile homes and static caravans for sale in Leeds

How do park home prices compare with a two-bed detached bungalow in the Leeds area?

At the time of our search, the least expensive bricks and mortar bungalow we could find in the area was one costing £149,995 in Sandgate Drive, Kippax, Garforth, which is just over eight miles east of the city centre.

At Cliff Top Park in Garforth, they had two previously-owned park homes for sale: a 1998 40ft x 12 Homeseeker Langdale Plus priced at £97,000; and a 1987 38ft x 20 Lissett Ashwood Lodge costing just under £110.
At Broadstones Park, Bingley, ten miles from Leeds city centre, there was a 2005 40ft x 20 Homeseeker for sale, price £115,000.
