Find park home, mobile home and static caravan sites in St Austell

HOW DO PARK HOME PRICES COMPARE WITH A TWO-BED DETACHED BUNGALOW IN THE ST AUSTELL AREA?
At the time of our search, the least expensive bricks and mortar bungalow we could find in the St Austell area was one costing £139,950 in Lanjeth, which is about three miles due west of the town centre.
At Roseveare Park, seven miles from St Austell, they had four previously-owned park homes available for sale. Among them was a much-modernised 1974 Shapebest 34ft x 20 costing £85,000; a 1970 28ft x 20 Lissett Super Lodge priced at £98,000 and a 2001 44ft x 20 Wessex Orchard Cottage for £140,000. There were also two vacant plots (with adjacent garages), one measuring 42ft x 20 and the other, 58ft x 22.
